Seriously overpriced - 10” cauliflower pizza with minimal cheese & tomatoes sauce, NO!!! Topping was $16 … vs Costco cauliflower pizza, 2 for $24 with lots of toppings … took few pepperoni from friends

I ordered 2 slices of pizza. When the cashier told me the price I was shocked. She told me the total was $10! That Pizza shop isn’t located on Madison Ave in NYC nor Rodeo Drive. I decided I rather spend my money elsewhere. Definitely over priced! I am not a cheapskate, but I know when something is worth my hard earned money. Heck, I can buy a frozen pizza pie for that price. In another neighborhood, I can get 2 pizza slices and a drink. I have a favorite Pizza shop upstate. It is less expensive and delicious. The taste reminds me of the Pizza that was popular in Brooklyn or NYC back in the days. Also, the pizza pie is only $20.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I placed an online order for three large pizzas and a pasta dish. While the pizzas were fine, I found what appeared to be a metal bolt in the pasta, which is completely unacceptable and concerning. When I called to report it, the manager asked for photos, which I provided. However, instead of taking accountability, he initially denied that the object could have come from their restaurant and even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank rather than resolving it directly. After I pushed for a reasonable solution, he agreed to refund just the pasta. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting on that refund. The lack of accountability and poor customer service speaks volumes. Situations like this should be handled with urgency, care, and professionalism. None of which were demonstrated. Really disappointing experience.

Do not order from this place. I ordered pies and a side order of pasta carbonara for pickup. When I served my children on a separate plate, I uncovered a piece of metal what looked like a bolt inside of my pasta. I called the establishment and the person over the phone denied it came from the restaurant because “he went to the back and checked if there was any missing screws” quote from person on the phone. No accountability as if it magically appeared in the pasta. I didn’t even ask for a refund, which should’ve been granted because it was a large bill but I only asked for another order of the pasta and it was still denied. If you like your food with some hardware then look no further. Luckily I caught it in time because my kid would’ve swallowed it like a pill. They get away with it this time but hopefully the next customer takes this review into consideration.

Delicious food, large number of options (pizza, calzones, sandwiches, wraps, desserts including ncluding options for create your own variety), good portions, reasonably paced prep and prices, with decent service and 7-8 daily specials. They also have catering menus. I had a create your own wrap with grilled chicken, shrimp, portobello mushrooms and sliced mozzarella. It was one of the best wraps I had in my life, with amazing flavor, great texture and everything just paired quite well. It also came with fries. I also had the zeppoli with Nutella and it was also quite good.
